PU4:1 track material （9004A/9004BR）

1.Application fields

PU4:1 Full-PU track material is used as sandwich system which provides good force reduction and is constructed on a cast in place basement of rubber crumb applied with clear polyurethane binder, the base layer is sealed with a combination of rubber dust and two component polyurethane material , with a final toping of colored EPDM granules broadcast onto a flood coat of polyurethane compound.

PU4:1 Full-PU track material is used as Full PU system is a high performance system ,Cast in place with two layers of  recycle SBR rubber mixed with  elastic polyurethane flood coat and finished with a topping of colored EPDM granules broadcast onto the polyurethane compound.

2.Product Description 

PU4:1 Full-PU track material is an pigmented and solvent free thixotropic, two component polyurethane material with good elastic ,tensile strength properties, should be mix two component on project site with catalyst , ,can achieve IAAF standard ,environment friendly, good elastic, high strengthen ,colorful and easy ,safe to construction.

PU4:1 Full-PU track material is easy to apply ,it shows excellent resistance to moisture during the curing phase and a good curing behavior even at low temperature.
