9006A Single component PU BINDER

1. Application field

GJ9006A is use as binder for recycle rubber base mat of athletic running track, EPDM mats, artificial turf underlay may, or primer for concrete/asphalt base.

2. Product Description

9006A is an pigmented and solvent free single component Polyurethane Binder of medium viscosity. It is based on MDI with 100% solid content and high standard quality control of polyether raw material and additives material for binder’s intensity, life time, smell, color and UV resistance characteristics.

The defined viscosity of 9006A effects an excellent mixing with rubber granules while where is hardly any run off from the granules. Anther characteristic is the suitable curing time and therefore application time allowing day construction joints to be easily and correctly done.

The yellowing that occurs when 9006A is exposed to UV-light does not affect its mechanical properties. 9006A is moisture curing.
